Following is a pre-consultation questionnaire to prepare us for our initial meeting.  If available, please bring the following items with you to your consultation:  pictures of flowers that you like, pictures of the brides dress and attendant’s dresses, and swatches of the colors you are working with in other aspects of your wedding.
